Balloons provide some great physical and visual activity.  (Be sure no on has a latex allergy!)  Blow up several balloons of different colors.  Gather your group around a round table and them they are to bat the balloons but keep them on the table.  Talk about the colors of the balloons and use participants names.  Put on some fast music like the Beach Boys, Sounds of Summer, a good polka CD, or the Kid’s Dance Party album.  This activity is a lot of fun and anyone can participate.
